For example, if a project I've requested 2 days ago has an offer from another agent, I jump on that rather than waiting for its turn to come up. Sometimes I work through genres based on my own submission schedule and might go through all my Middle Grade fulls in a day. It really varies based on my current situation. And other agents will have totally different answers to this!
