What a great story! Really does show that per...Wow! What a great story! Really does show that perseverance and a willingness to start something new do pay off. I had to laugh when you mentioned how you'd get scared and send out another flurry of queries, because I did the same thing. So much for sending out in tiny batches, or rounds, or whatever and then waiting for all of the responses. I also loved when you summed it up by saying that on the surface it may seem easy -- especially when someone looks at the stats -- but the actual version was much harder. I just wrote my own agent post, and I had the same problem, because it always seems so much easier when you're telling the story than when you're actually living it.
